General
In a gated community with a palm lined boulevard, this 4 bedroomed Executive villa provides ideal luxury accommodation for either holiday or longer stays.
The villa has been built to a very high standard. All bedrooms, the living room and the covered lanai have ceiling fans and the villa is, of course, air conditioned.
'Palm Trees' has a pool table and air hockey table, along with wireless broadband, so you can use your own laptop, and a VOIP telephone system that allows free long distance calls to landlines within Canada, the USA and Europe.
Double Bedrooms
The master bedroom has king size bed, television, walk-in wardrobe, patio doors onto the pool deck, ensuite bathroom with twin vanity units, shower cubicle and roman tub.
A second master bedroom has king size bed, television, ensuite bathroom with twin vanity units and shower cubicle.
Twin Bedrooms
The third and fourth bedrooms each have twin beds and share a bathroom, with bath and shower over which also has access onto the pool deck.
The Covered Pool Area
The heart of the villa is the larger than usual pool and Jacuzzi located in a covered lanai with plenty of space for sunbathing or dining outside.
All the bedrooms offer access to the pool, either directly or via the bathroom, so there's no excuse not to go for that early morning dip.
In common with all quality accommodation in Florida, the pool area is covered and, a feature of our villa, there is a good quality safety fence to separate the pool itself from the rest of the patio area so that the young ones can safely play.

Kitchen/Informal Dining
The fully fitted luxury kitchen has a breakfast bar and large dining nook with windows overlooking the pool deck.
It is fully equipped with side-by-side refrigerator with ice and water door dispenser, dishwasher, electric ceramic hob, built in microwave, washing machine and dryer.
The open plan design of the main interior communal areas means you don't have to be cut off from the rest of your party when using the kitchen.
Living/Formal Dining
A formal dining area has access into the living room which has a television and patio doors onto the covered lanai (ideal for alfresco dining).
