"This is an excellent villa in a most prestigious area of Davenport. It is in a gated development within the West Haven complex of homes located off Ronald Regan Boulevard which runs between the Champions Gate junction with The I4 and US27.

"It has a south facing pool area which catches the Florida sun from early morning through to late evening. with its two master bedrooms en-suite and two twin bedrooms it is suitable for one or two families and it has a third bathroom with direct access to the large pool area. All the comforts of home and a fabulous location would give me no hesitation in recommending this villa to anyone.
